By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Website or use any Services.
To use our Services, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and meet our rental requirements. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
When you rent a vehicle from AsiacExtra, you will be required to sign a rental agreement at the time of pickup. The rental agreement, including specific terms, conditions, and any waivers, will govern your rental of the vehicle. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rental agreement, the rental agreement will prevail.
Reservations can be made through our Website, by phone, or in person at our rental locations. A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
You may cancel your reservation at any time. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
You agree to pay all rental charges, including the base rental rate, additional driver fees, optional services, fuel charges, and any applicable taxes and fees.
A security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount will vary based on the vehicle type and rental duration. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle, subject to deductions for damages, late returns, or other charges.
A late fee will be charged for vehicles returned after the agreed-upon return time. Late fees are calculated at 25% of the daily rate for each hour late, up to a maximum of one full day's rental fee per 24-hour period.
Only the renter and additional authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the rental vehicle. All drivers must meet our eligibility requirements.
The rental vehicle may not be used:
You are responsible for any loss or damage to the rental vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault. This includes damage caused by collision, theft, vandalism, or natural disasters.
We offer various insurance options to minimize your liability in case of damage or loss. These options will be presented to you at the time of reservation or rental.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsiacExtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if AsiacExtra has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsiacExtra, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our Website. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms and your use of our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
